On 29 November 2019, Sergiy Gryshko, partner and head of the Dispute Resolution and International Arbitration practices of Redcliffe Partners, spoke at the breakfast event "Ukrainian arbitration reform: is Kyiv becoming the Paris of Eastern Europe?" hosted by the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris.

The event, dedicated to the recent arbitration reform in Ukraine, involved discussion of its key features, changes it has brought about and the impact it has had on annulment proceedings, as well as the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards in general.

Sergiy delivered a presentation on judicial support of arbitration, and other novelties relevant to arbitration introduced by the reform.
