South Australian law firm, Mellor Olsson, are pleased to announce the recruitment of Partner, Mark Gowans, and Lawyer, Krystie Miller, to their litigation team.
Mark is a highly regarded litigation and insolvency lawyer who brings almost 20 years' experience to the Mellor Olsson team.
His expertise has been recognised by independent legal publications including rankings in Best Lawyers Australia for Litigation since 2018 and the Doyle's Guide to the Australian Legal Profession for Insolvency & Reconstruction since 2012 and for Litigation & Dispute Resolution since 2015.
Mark's broad practice encompasses insolvency and reconstruction, competition and consumer law litigation, corporate restructuring, Corporations Act proceedings, negligence claims, security enforcements, and commercial and civil disputes.
Also joining the Mellor Olsson team is Lawyer, Krystie Miller. Krystie has five years' experience across a range of litigation and insolvency matters.
