Partner Samuel Pearlman expands the Curwoods Lawyers Commercial Practice Group

Sydney law firm Curwoods Lawyers has boosted its Commercial Practice Group with highly regarded commercial litigation and recoveries lawyer, Sam Pearlman and his team.

Sydney law firm Curwoods Lawyers has boosted its Commercial Practice Group with highly regarded commercial litigation and recoveries lawyer, Sam Pearlman. He will join the partnership on 2 April 2013.

"Sam brings a unique mix of skills, and an outstanding reputation amongst clients, to our NSW and wider commercial dispute resolution, debt recovery and retail banking practice," said Curwoods Managing Partner, Scott Kennedy.

Sam worked at Swaab Attorneys and was then a Solicitor Director at Jones King Lawyers. He joins the firm from MacGillivrays Solicitors where he was the responsible Partner for its Sydney office. Throughout his career, he has acted for some of Australia's best known banks and financers.

"The ability to focus on a busy practice, along with transitioning my clients to Curwoods and building new client relationships, makes this a great opportunity" he said.

Sam brings across his team, which includes Senior Associate, Roslyn Diesner, a Graduate Lawyer and a Paralegal.
