About our Speakers
Orvel Ronk is a retired U.S. Marine, he was a scout/sniper and small arms weapons instructor while serving in the Marines. After retiring from the military, he was the Security Operations Manager and Antiterrorism Analyst for the Missile Defense Agency.
Travis Vance is an attorney with Fisher Phillips with deep industry knowledge in workplace safety. He has an extensive background in OSHA best practices and works with employers to ensure they are prepared.
Kathleen Zicari is a trusted advisor to America's best businesses for more than 30 years, providing an array of human resources and business solutions designed to help improve business performance.
Steve Melton, CIC CLU, is a Risk Management professional with 18 years' in property and casualty and workers compensation insurance. His goal is to educate business leaders on the necessity of consistently evaluating and mitigating potential risk to reduce costs.
