September 17, 2019 – Bowditch, Framingham. MA
Given the outpouring of women (and men) coming forward to share their experiences of sexual harassment in the workplace since the Me Too movement began, it is more important than ever for employers to ensure that they receive training in how to prevent, detect and respond to harassment in the workplace. As most harassment in the workplace occurs in subtle ways, it is vital for employers, and professionals at all levels, to engage in live training that will both inform them and challenge their ability to react to real-life scenarios.
This interactive training by the MetroWest Chamber of Commerce, presented by Bowditch attorney Ariel Sullivan, promises to go beyond the platitudes to provide real-world, practical guidance to employers to address concerns promptly and promote a safe and respectful environment for their workforce.
Breakfast will be served. There is no cost to attend.
