July 15, 2019 (New York) – International law firm Proskauer announced today the arrival of David Curtiss as a partner in its Corporate Department. David's practice focuses in particular on capital markets, including the representation of sponsors, companies and underwriters in equity and debt offerings.

David's diverse transactional experience includes private preferred equity and PIPE investments, in and out-of-court restructuring transactions, leveraged buy-outs, high-yield debt offerings, initial public offerings, "follow-on" equity offerings and investment grade debt offerings.
Joining Proskauer from Kirkland & Ellis, David received his B.A. from Gettysburg College and his J.D., cum laude, from the Washington College of Law at American University.
