The Hall & Wilcox Financial Services team invites you to attend a financial services update with a particular focus on the Future of Financial Advice (FoFA) reforms.
In this seminar, we will:
- provide an update on the status of the FoFA legislation;
- discuss ASIC's guidance on conflicted remuneration; and
- work through some examples of common issues in the industry.
The seminar will be of value to all financial services licensees, including product issuers such as trustees and insurers, intermediaries and advisers.
The seminar will be presented by Pam McAlister, Partner, and Adrian Verdnik, Special Counsel.
Following the FoFA presentation, Harry New, Partner, will provide a brief update on other legal developments in the financial services industry.
