DLA Piper is pleased to announce the appointment of Ted Yi as Of Counsel to our International Tax group. Ted is based in our Tokyo office.
Ted brings with him a wealth of experience in high-profile cross-border tax issues involving Korean enterprises. He has extensive experience in the international trade development market, including large transfer pricing and litigation services. Before joining DLA Piper, Ted was a Foreign Legal Counsel for 10 years at Kim & Chang and, prior to that, spent 11 years working for KPMG in both their New York and Seoul offices helping enhance the quality of professional service to multinational clients doing business in Korea.
He is both a Certified Public Accountant and admitted as a New York lawyer.
