The Desautel group, a first-tier actor in fire protection in France, was chosen by the Bobigny Commercial Court (ruling with special jurisdiction) as the purchaser of the assets of Gimaex and Gimaex International and of the shares in Echelle Riffaud, specialized in fire trucks and firemen's ladders.
The fully complementary nature of the offer made as related to these companies' businesses and the dynamism and growth of the Desautel group's companies convinced the Court that its plans were suitable and solid.
The new group represents both nationally and internationally a significant industrial and commercial force in fire trucks and firefighting.
