Leading Brisbane law firm Barry.Nilsson. Lawyers has welcomed 2 new senior appointments in our Insurance & Health and Family Law teams.

Joining our Family Law team as a Senior Associate is Kirstie Colls.

Kirstie is an impressive lawyer with a career specialising in family law since 2002. Kirstie first practiced law in South Australia before moving to Queensland in 2004. In 2009 she gained her Specialist Accreditation in Family Law.

Kirstie assists clients with all aspects of family and de facto law including divorce applications, parenting issues, property settlements, child support and financial agreements.

Joining our Insurance & Health team as a Senior Associate is Andrew Drynan.

Andrew has extensive health law experience in the areas of medical negligence claims, investigations, litigation and disciplinary hearings. He was admitted in 2002.

His experience also extends to the areas of public liability, workplace injuries and general liability matters. Andrew has managed many complex and high-value claims including providing clients with advice on quantum, liability and contributory negligence issues.

Also joining our Insurance & Health team are solicitors Monique Moloney, Anna Comben and Anna Bartolo.

The Barry.Nilsson. Property & Commercial team has also appointed a solicitor, Chantal Kirkwood.
