Significant legal changes together with continuous financial uncertainty have brought a growing need for dispute resolution services across the CEE/SEE region. Given the potential risks that new regulatory burdens as well as high operational risks can bring, our clients often face unexpected questions when protecting their businesses, such as "Should we initiate legal proceedings? Where and when? What legal tools and procedures are available to us? How do we stay one step ahead of competitors and adversaries? How do we run necessary investigations in the most efficient way and protecting our reputation at the same time?" The Dispute Resolution School provides our lawyers across the region with the necessary strategies and the legal techniques to help our clients to answer these questions and plan for the future.

The 2017 week-long Dispute Resolution School comprised 2 levels – Basic and Advanced – in which we trained our lawyers using case studies, hands-on simulation, advocacy and problem-solving methods to handle the most sensitive and complex of civil claims, criminal actions and investigations. Our expertise in cross-border litigation and arbitration matters means that participants in the School get an insight into Dispute Resolution from an international perspective.

Following the first day of the school, team members enjoyed dinner together and an evening of team building by playing laser tag.

We would like to thank our speakers for all their hard work in preparing the 2017 Dispute Resolution School. Their contributions were very valuable to the development of our firm-wide team.
