Taylor Wessing Middle East today announced the promotion of Hasan Rizvi to partner based in its Dubai office. This promotion, along with induction of additional lawyers, underlines Taylor Wessing’s sustained expansion of its regional practice building upon its long standing presence in the Middle East.
Hasan’s practice spreads across the financial services and corporate sectors with particular focus on private equity, capital markets and projects. He has led on many of Taylor Wessing Middle East’s recent key transactions working with major clients such as the Dubai Department of Finance and The Carlyle Group.

Hasan joined Taylor Wessing in 2006 and has more than 8 years of experience advising on conventional and Islamically-compliant debt and equity transactions, fund structuring and formations, cross-border investments and project finance as well as M&A and commercial arrangements in a diverse range of industries in the Middle East and South Asia.
