Taylor Wessing Middle East has taken on board senior associate Ben Constance to further strengthen its corporate commercial team, effective October 2010.
Ben, who is a qualified Australian solicitor, previously worked with Taylor Wessing until April 2009 when he left to join HWL Ebsworth in Sydney. However he has decided to come back to Dubai and the firm welcomes his return.
He returns to Dubai with the intention of focusing on capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets.
