Shirli received her Law degree, with distinction, from Tirana University in 2007 and was admitted to the Tirana Bar Association in 2012. She then completed postgraduate studies to become a Master in Public Administration from 2013.
Shirli was admitted to the firm in 2007 and after some years of experience in banking and property matters, has been covering employment and labour law, providing advice on all aspects of the employment related matters, including collective bargaining and immigration practice. Shirli is an active member of the National Reconciliation Office of Tirana, representing some prominent employers' organizations on collective labour disputes matters.
She has assisted our institutional clients like Shell / Zara / Bechtel / Ericsson / Vodafone / Microsoft / Mediterranean Shipping Company, etc. and advises global HR firms like Fragomen, Ius Laboris on Albanian legal and practical matters.
Shirli has contributed with articles in various publications of our firm and has attended several conferences and training on the employment and labor matters.
