the Lifestyle Developers group, for funding their
real estate project in Chennai.
JSA’s mandate involved extensive due
diligence on the real estate property; and drafting, negotiation,
and execution of the debenture and security documents, ensuring
legal and structural compliance across all stakeholders.
JSA delivered comprehensive and end-to-end support
culminating in the successful closure of the transaction.
