PITTSBURGH (May 2026) - Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney's Real Estate practice group continues to grow with the addition of Joseph Perotti as a shareholder in the Pittsburgh office.
"Our real estate practice remains an area of opportunity," said Adele Stone, shareholder and Real Estate practice group leader. "Joe adds significant experience to our Pittsburgh real estate bench, and we will continue to expand the practice in Pennsylvania and across our national platform."
Perotti often works with national clients on the development of commercial real estate, purchase and sale agreements, acquisitions and dispositions, title and due diligence, lending, office, retail and industrial leasing, zoning and land use. He also advises telecommunications and infrastructure providers on matters including leasing, site acquisition, environmental compliance, amendments, easement agreements, and infrastructure deployment.
"I'm thrilled to get back to my Pittsburgh roots at Buchanan," said Perotti. "I know that the firm's full-service platform and national footprint will bring my clients even more value. Buchanan is the right place to expand my practice."
Perotti's legal career began as a Judicial Law Clerk for Judge Michael F. Marmo at the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas in Pittsburgh. He holds a bachelor's degree from Duquesne University and a law degree from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School.
