Carolyn Metnick and Jared Nagley were named to Crain's 2026 list of "Notable Leaders in Health Care" in Chicago and New York, respectively. Selected for their leadership, professional achievement and community engagement, this year's honorees represent "the driving force behind the industry," according to the publication.
Metnick founded and leads Sheppard's Healthy AI initiative, advising clients on governance, contracts and data issues. She counsels healthcare and technology clients on regulatory requirements for digital health models and advises on how health information and regulated data can be used compliantly.
Nagley serves as the healthcare antitrust lead for Sheppard's national, 250-attorney healthcare practice, defending clients in litigations and government investigations brought by the Federal Trade Commission, the Department of Justice's antitrust division and state and international enforcement authorities. He recently led the antitrust aspects for Prospect Health System's $708 million sale of certain businesses and assets to Astrana Health.
