Los Angeles – Global law firm K&L Gates LLP welcomes Carlos Jimenez to the firm’s Labor, Employment, and Workplace Safety practice as a partner in its Los Angeles office. Jimenez joins the firm from Protection Law Group, LLP.
Jimenez concentrates his practice on representing employers in California wage and hour class actions and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) matters, drawing on extensive experience in both state and federal courts. He has also contributed to California superior courts’ efforts to streamline case management in complex employment disputes. This background positions Jimenez to help clients navigate California’s ever-evolving employment landscape efficiently and strategically.
In his previous role, Jimenez represented employees in a range of wage and labor-related matters, providing him with considerable perspective in employment cases from both the plaintiff and defense sides of these disputes.
