Sailormen, Inc. is a Miami, FL-based franchisee and operator of 136 Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen restaurants across Florida and Georgia. The debtor filed for voluntary Chapter 11 protection in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.
