Our team ranked second as European lender counsel for the second half of 2025, with 15 lender-side mandates cited. Cadwalader also cracked the top 10 in a range of other categories, including total U.S.-European deals (#10 overall), #8 in total lender counsel U.S.-European deals, #7 in total European deals and #4 for second-half total European deals.
