The closing of Fund 5 at the 'hard cap' of EUR 230 million constitutes a doubling of their previous Fund 4. This fund size enables VE Partners to make equity investments in the range of EUR 5 million to EUR 40 million (excluding co-investments). The strategy of Fund 5 represents a continuation of the approach applied in previous funds, with a strong focus on close collaboration with founders, owner-managers and management teams to create value. As such, the Fund will continue to focus on mid-sized companies in the Benelux in various sectors.
