Ryan Swindale will be leading the session – formally in the Parachute Regiment supporting the Special Forces he worked in environments and with corporations where high performance is vital. Ryan will introduce 'The Performance Equation' – understanding the physical and psychological factors affecting how we are motivated to perform.
By the end of this session all delegates will have been coached to complete an activity they will have thought impossible at the start. The lessons learnt can be applied to developing performance of oneself or others in the corporate world.
