Laura Klemmer brings a wealth of practical, solutions-focused legal insight honed through extensive in-house counsel experience and cross-border training. Her deep commitment to client service has been shaped by her 16-year tenure at Farm Credit Canada, where she served as Director of Corporate Legal Services. There, Laura led a team advising on a wide range of corporate and operational matters including secured lending, risk management, Crown governance, contracts, procurement, employment, litigation management, marketing and communications.

Kaelyn MacGillivray practises corporate law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance and corporate governance. She provides clients with comprehensive advice on corporate matters, from drafting and negotiating agreements for mergers, acquisitions and financings to managing commercial transactions. Kaelyn advises on corporate governance, helping with shareholder agreements, partnership structures and risk mitigation strategies. She represents both borrowers and lenders in various financing matters such as asset-based lending and project acquisition financing.

Braden Nehring maintains a broad litigation practice with an emphasis on contract and procurement issues, construction disputes and commercial litigation. He represents clients across the construction industry and other sectors, drawing on his experience as in-house counsel at a large consulting firm to deliver strategic, business-aligned advice. Braden has represented clients before the Alberta Court of Justice and the Alberta Court of King's Bench and is committed to resolving disputes efficiently while protecting his clients' long-term interests.

Jay Tarrabain is a corporate and commercial lawyer whose practice includes real estate, commercial transactions, leasing and both conventional and Islamic financing. Known for his problem-solving skills and practical solutions, Jay delivers a results-oriented approach to his client relationships. Jay advises clients across industries on purchase and sale transactions, contract negotiations, corporate organization and governance, and commercial financing.
