Bankruptcy and Corporate Restructuring Partner Tara J. Schellhorn will be speaking at the American Bankruptcy Institute Annual Spring Meeting in Washington, D.C. on April 25, 2025. Tara will be the moderator of the "GenAI Is Here to Stay: The Ethics of Using and Billing for AI Without Fear" panel, which will examine the ethical challenges of using AI in legal practice, particularly regarding billing and prompt creation, while offering strategies for ethically and effectively integrating AI tools.

Tara is an active member of the ABI and has served in a variety of roles including co-chairing the Young and New Members Committee and Emerging Industries and Technology Committee, as well as serving as a member of the 40 Under 40 Award Steering Committee. She is also a Coordinating Editor of the ABI Journal's "Building Blocks" column.
