Carey Olsen Singapore partner James Noble has been recognised as an INSOL Fellow after successfully completing the INSOL Global Insolvency Practice Course ("GIPC") for 2023/2024 administered by INSOL International, a rigorous programme for restructuring and insolvency professionals.

INSOL International is a leading global network of insolvency professionals dedicated to improving cross-border restructuring and insolvency solutions, with over 44 Member Associations and 12,000 members.

As an INSOL Fellow, James joins a distinguished group of experts committed to advancing the field of insolvency. He will formally receive his INSOL Fellow certificate at the annual INSOL conference in 2025.

James Noble commented: "It was a fantastic experience to have undertaken the GIPC programme which is designed to encourage complex and innovative thinking on many important issues which arise in cross-border insolvency. Participation in the course has also strengthened my relationship with a number of highly accomplished insolvency practitioners around the globe."
