Foley Hoag LLP advised Toposware, a leading ZK engineering startup, on its sale to Polygon Labs. Toposware has been collaborating with Polygon Labs to develop its Type 1 Prover, which allows any existing EVM blockchain to adopt zero-knowledge proofs without needing major changes. With the acquisition, the Toposware team will integrate with the existing Polygon Labs ZK development teams.
