The Malta-flagged luxury cruise ship, Explora I, made her maiden voyage to Malta on Saturday 22nd June 2024, to the expectation of several Maltese government dignitaries and guests who were invited onboard to participate in the traditional crest exchange. The Explora I is the first ship to join MSC's new luxury brand, Explora Journeys.
We, at Fenech & Fenech Marine Services Ltd, are delighted to have once again been entrusted to assist MSC with the vessel's registration formalities. The Explora I is the inaugural ship out of a shipbuilding programme of six units in Explora Journeys' fleet. This upcoming fleet represents MSC's bold decision to create its very own luxury brand and by placing the Explora I under the Malta flag, demonstrates MSC's faith in the quality and impeccable standards of our flag. Equipped with the latest environmental and marine technologies, Explora Journeys is striving to take the lead in innovative and transformative ocean travel.
