Last week, on 8 May 2024, our associates Sophie Wotschke and Benjamin Weber discussed the topic of confidentiality in international arbitration with the participants of the YAAP Roundtable. The interactive debate addressed the role of confidentiality in arbitral proceedings and also shed a light on the upcoming implementation of the Freedom of Information Act in Austria and its potential effects on arbitral proceedings.

We would like to thank YAAP and the entire board for this opportunity as well as the audience for their active participation.
