BOSTON, July 11, 2023 – Proskauer, a leading international law firm, announced today that it advised Long Ridge Equity Partners ("Long Ridge") on the first and final closing of Long Ridge Equity Partners IV ("Fund IV") at $730 million in total commitments. Fund IV was oversubscribed and held a single close at its hard cap of $650 million of Limited Partner commitments plus an additional $80 million of commitments from the General Partner and the firm's network of executives and advisors.
Long Ridge is a leading private equity firm focused on growth companies in the financial and business technology sectors. Fund IV will target majority and significant minority investments in high-growth financial and business technology firms led by exceptional management teams.
Proskauer previously advised Long Ridge on the formation and closing of its previous fund, Long Ridge Equity Partners III, which was oversubscribed and closed at $445 million.
