London – June 12, 2023 – Cooley advised Snyk, a leader in developer security, on its acquisition of Enso Security, pioneers of the industry's first application security posture management (ASPM) solution. Partner Ben Shribman led the Cooley team advising Snyk.
The acquisition is expected to close Q2 2023 and will be part of the SnykLaunch June 2023 lineup, which includes a range of new innovations that further strengthen the Snyk developer security platform. Cooley previously advised Snyk on its $196.5 million Series G funding in December 2022, acquisition of Fugue in February 2022 and $530 million Series F funding in September 2021.
