NEW YORK (June 9, 2023) – Holland & Knight represented KP Aviation's management team in its investment from Bain Capital Special Situations to accelerate its global expansion. Financial terms of the private transaction, announced June 8, 2023, were not disclosed, and proceeds will be used to purchase the interests of Balmoral Funds LLC, the company's current investment partner since 2015.
