Dallas Litigation partners Ryan Meyer and Rachel Riley are recognized among D Magazine's 2023 "Best Lawyers Under 40."
The Dallas publication's annual list recognizes the city's "up-and-coming attorneys." D Magazine creates the list from nominations from lawyers with a valid Texas Bar number, focusing on "Which lawyers under 40, of those whose work you have witnessed firsthand, would you rank among the current best?"
Both Ryan and Rachel joined Katten in 2018 as associates, not long after the Dallas office opened. Ryan's white-collar defense practice is focused on defending companies and executives in government investigations, civil enforcement actions, and criminal proceedings typically involving allegations of securities fraud and health care fraud. He was promoted to partner in 2021.
Rachel's practice focuses on white-collar criminal defense, regulatory enforcement matters and internal investigations, particularly in matters involving health care fraud, embezzlement, securities fraud, public corruption and various other economic crimes. She was promoted to partner in 2022.
