James & Wells Partner, Carrick Robinson, appeared on the TNVZ Breakfast show and Senior Associate, Tim Walden, on Newstalk 1ZB this morning.

They were both discussing the 'vintage' trade mark dispute between Fonterra and a number of boutique cheese makers.

Fonterra trade marked the word 'vintage' back in the 1960's and has recently sent letters to a number of boutique cheese makers asking them to stop using the word 'vintage' on their cheeses.
