De Brauw represented Filtration Group Corporation in its purchase of Clear Edge Filtration Holding from Gamma Holding, a portfolio company of Dutch private equity funds Gilde Buy Out Partners and Parcom Capital Partners.

Clear Edge, a leading integrated industrial process filtration company based in Tulsa, USA, operates 17 production sites in 9 countries. After completion, it will form part of Filtration Group Corporation, one of the fastest growing filtration companies in the world based in Chicago, U.S.

The transaction was structured in three steps, by which the target's U.S. subsidiaries, German affiliates, and a German parcel of real estate, were purchased separately, followed by a transfer of the shares of the target company.
