Experienced BVI litigator Justin Davis has joined Ogier's Dispute Resolution and Restructuring and Corporate Recovery teams in Hong Kong as partner. His arrival comes at a time of significant growth in Ogier's contentious service lines across the firm.
Justin's practice focuses on complex, high-value, multi-jurisdictional commercial and corporate litigation, shareholders' disputes and insolvency litigation. He has particular experience of obtaining and opposing freezing injunctions, asset disclosure orders, receivership orders and anti-suit injunctions. He also has extensive experience in obtaining and opposing winding up orders and asset enforcement orders.
Justin will play a key role in Ogier's global BVI law offering, ensuring round-the-clock coverage.

Justin becomes the third Dispute Resolution partner based in Ogier's Hong Kong office, joining Oliver Payne and recently promoted Michael Snape. Together, they help Asia based clients navigate the full range of contentious Cayman and BVI law issues.
