Malta Coronavirus (COVID-19)

On 9 April, Government announced an assistance scheme to foreign nationals who wish to be repatriated to their home country. Such voluntary scheme applies also to EU and third country nationals who are in Malta for employment, education, family and other reasons. Such individuals are being asked to register their interest to utilise one of the repatriation flights on https://foreignandeu.gov.mt/apply by Sunday 19 April 2020. Details of the flights will be announced over the coming weeks. The flights will be subsidised by Government unless individuals do not turn up for a booked flight.
