On 21 March 2019 the Deputy Ministry of Shipping announced its decision to replace the International Safety Management Code form required by Circular 27/2006 and the International Ship and Port Facility Security Code C-1 form required by Circular 24/2015 with a new consolidated form in an effort to reduce paperwork and avoid the duplication of information.

All interested entities are requested to use the new form for declaring the particulars of companies or ships under the International Safety Management Code and International Ship and Port Facility Security Code and for compliance with the abovementioned circulars.

The new form (Declaration of Particulars for the International Safety Management Code and the International Ship and Port Facility Security Code (EN04F01/03)) constitutes Annex 1 of Circular 7/2019.
