President Serdar Berdymukhamedov signed a pardon decree on Monday in honor of International Neutrality Day. According to the document, 302 people, including 6 foreign citizens, are exempted from further serving the main sentence of imprisonment.

Having signed a decree at a pre-holiday meeting with the participation of members of the government, the State Security Council and heads of diplomatic missions of Turkmenistan abroad, the head of state instructed the relevant officials to take all measures to ensure that those pardoned return home to their families in the near future, as well as to help them find employment, according to the news release of the Turkmen State Radio and Television.
