Howie, Sacks & Henry LLP (HSH) has revised the eligibility criteria for participation in the Canadian Essure litigation to include those women who had Essure implanted before October, 2016, and those who have undergone removal, or whose doctor has recommended removal, even if removal has not occurred yet.

Through listening to your stories, we understand that many women require Essure removal, but are unable to find a doctor who knows about Essure, has been trained to perform removal, and is willing to perform the surgery. Moreover, through no fault of their own, women are experiencing significant delays in referrals to OB-GYNs as well as surgical wait lists of up to a year due to a systemic shortage of resources within Provincial health care systems across Canada.

If you, or someone you know, meets the revised criteria, please contact us right away. Remember, we are not starting a class action. For this reason, it is critical that every woman who wishes to pursue an individual claim contact us as soon as possible. HSH can only act for those who retain us.

Please contact us at 1-877-771-7006, message us on our Facebook Page ("Canadian Essure Litigation") or email us at rvinett@hshlawyers.com.  There are no upfront legal costs – HSH is only paid at the end of a successful lawsuit.

We want to help and look forward to hearing from you. There is strength in numbers!
