Pagan was granted conditional discharge which includes:
- No criminal record (if he complies with probation)
- 12-month probation
- At least 10 hours of community service a month
- Barred from attending any MLB games (already banned from the Rogers Centre)
- 200 hours of community work (already has done 100 hours this year)
- Must stay 500 metres away from the Rogers Centre
Since the incident, Ken has been delivering pizzas and working as a janitor. He does not believe he will be able to return as a journalist as a result of the incident.
