The National Health of Surveillance Agency ("ANVISA") published today the Resolution RDC No 102/2016, authorizing the transfer of the registration ownership for products subject to sanitary surveillance due to corporate transactions (merger, spin-off and amalgamation) and to commercial transactions (asset deals).

The National Health of Surveillance Agency ("ANVISA") published today the Resolution RDC No 102/2016, authorizing the transfer of the registration ownership for products subject to sanitary surveillance due to corporate transactions (merger, spin-off and amalgamation) and to commercial transactions (asset deals).

The new Resolution will come into force on December 23, 2016 and the current Resolution RDC No. 22/2010, which only allows the transfer in cases of corporate transactions, will be revoked.
