Bangladesh on Income Tax

On August 30, 2023, representatives of the governments of Bangladesh and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR) signed a comprehensive avoidance of double taxation agreement (CDTA).

The Finance Act 2021 has explored the significant areas of the income tax and brought noteworthy changes in relation to special tax treatments of undisclosed income, corporate tax and personal tax.
