Michael Hayter - Commercial Litigation & Insolvency Partner, was interviewed on last night's ABC Four Corners program - Dirty Deeds: Inside Australia's Biggest Tax Scam. The program looked at the infamous Plutus Payroll scheme and the conspiracy to defraud more than $100 million from Australian taxpayers. Michael previously cross-examined Simon Anquetil the former chief executive of the payroll company at the centre of the extraordinary tax fraud syndicate, for suspected credit card fraud during the liquidation proceedings of E-Strategy Group which occurred just prior to the Plutus fraud.
