As part of the ongoing reforms introduced by the Environmental Protection (Greentape Reduction) and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2012, the Queensland Government has now released, in final form, Eligibility Criteria and Standard Conditions for 19 prescribed Environmentally Relevant Activities (ERAs).

Criteria and Conditions have been released for: intensive animal feedlotting; keeping standard pig units; poultry farming; chemical manufacturing; retreading tyres; extracting material; screening material; bottling or canning food; meat processing; milk processing; metal foundry; surface coating, painting or powder coating; regulated waste transport; tyre recycling; sewage treatment works and sewage pump station.
