The scope of the consultation itself contains copies of all the
draft legislation that the DWP believes needs to be implemented in
order to deal with the recommendations that came out of the Making
Automatic Enrolment Work Review. Provisions are not fundamentally
that different from those mentioned in our previous newsletter. A
