On 19 July 2011 the Government issued its latest auto enrolment consultation document "Work Place Pension Reform – Completing the legislative framework for Automatic Enrolment.
The scope of the consultation itself contains copies of all the draft legislation that the DWP believes needs to be implemented in order to deal with the recommendations that came out of the Making Automatic Enrolment Work Review. Provisions are not fundamentally that different from those mentioned in our previous newsletter. A copy of the Consultation can be found at:

Consultation is due to run from 19 July until 11 October 2011.
