The Canadian Securities Administrators (other than the OSC) today released proposed amendments to Multilateral Instrument 11-102 Passport System in order to extend the passport system to appropriate provisions proposed for NI 21-101 Marketplace Operations and to certain new provisions of NI 23-103 Electronic Trading and Direct Electronic Access to Marketplaces.
