They were both discussing the 'vintage' trade mark dispute between Fonterra and a number of boutique cheese makers.
Fonterra trade marked the word 'vintage' back in the 1960's and has recently sent letters to a number of boutique cheese makers asking them to stop using the word 'vintage' on their cheeses.
