Ogier in the BVI has welcomed two new litigators - Daniel Mitchell and Katherine Bradley – to its dispute resolution team, who have joined as senior associate and associate respectively. Their arrival comes amid high demand for the firm's BVI Dispute Resolution services and high praise in both Who's Who Legal for Asset Recovery and Private Client Global Elite for contentious trust and probate litigation.

Daniel is a commercial disputes legal practitioner who has worked in the British Virgin Islands since 2012 and also has experience in London and Singapore. Since arriving in the BVI he has been involved in many of the jurisdiction's most significant commercial litigation and insolvency cases. He has gained a wealth of experience supporting leading counsel in the High Court (Commercial and Civil divisions) and Court of Appeal and regularly appears in the High Court.

Katherine has experience in acting for clients in disputes involving commercial litigation, banking law, insurance law, insolvency and commercial litigation. Before joining Ogier Katherine was a qualified solicitor with McCann Fitzgerald solicitors in Dublin.

Head of BVI Dispute Resolution Brian Lacy said: "We are delighted to welcome Daniel and Katherine to our expanding team in the BVI. Daniel and Katherine both have substantial experience and we look forward to them being involved in our market leading cases."
