A INDUSTRIAL DESIGN APPLICATION (TO BE) FILED IN TURKEY
ACCORDING TO DECREE-LAW NO. 554, IN FORCE AS FROM JUNE 27, 1995
Full name and address of the applicant(s) and designer(s).
Legal means/instruments through which the applicant(s) has/have obtained from the
designer(s) the right to apply for a design patent.
Written description(s) of the design(s)
Where the deferment of the publication up to 30 months from the date of prior/filing is
required, instruction to this effect.
The international class(es) according to the Locarno Agreement.
One set of drawings/photographs embodying the design in a minimum size of 8 cm x 8 cm and a maximum size of 16 cm x 16 cm.
Power of Attorney, which is to be simply signed/executed by the applicant and must
include the name and title of the signature bearer.
Document of priority/certified copy of priority application, in case of priority claim
