New Delhi, 11 SEPTEMBER 2023: Mr. Nishant Arora has joined the Delhi Office of Kochhar & Co. ('Firm') as a Partner in the corporate practice group.
With over a decade of experience, Nishant brings substantial transactional and advisory expertise, assisting domestic and international clients in real estate and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). He has also advised prominent clients on numerous corporate and commercial matters.
Nishant's expertise in the real estate sector includes advising clients on all aspects of investments into real estate projects, government and private land dealings, conveyancing, licensing, commercial leasing, due diligence, and title verifications across multiple Indian states, joint developments and constructions, land acquisitions, land ceilings, and land use.
Additionally, Nishant specializes in corporate transactions, such as mergers, de-mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, business transfers, and exits.

Before joining Kochhar & Co., Nishant worked as a Director in the Real Estate and Corporate/ M&A Practice group with another leading law firm. He is a law graduate from Bharati Vidyapeeth University, Pune, and a qualified company secretary from ICSI.
